God's vision for your life and ministry will come to fruition as you prayerfully, but intentionally, turn your vision into microsteps called faith goals. As a matter of fact, your success as a leader is contingent on your ability to convert your God-ordained vision into faith goals. Everybody ends up somewhere. A few people end up somewhere on purpose...those who have set faith goals.
